Six five-hero lineups with pets to try

Try two front-row heroes, three back-row heroes and one pet: healing, front-row damage, Aeronaut, Rover, Mariner and starter lineups.

For battles with front and back hero rows. Do not apply the same figures directly to march combat.

Can you use these lineups as they are?

Use these as starting points for changing positions and pets together. Hero and pet growth, plus the opposing lineup, can change your choice. Do not field a hero’s base and promoted SSR versions together.

Healing: 3 Stalwarts + 2 Rovers

Front row
Rosie · Nikola
Back row
Ray · Layla · Candy
Pet reference
Fluffy

Rosie and Nikola hold the front while Fluffy adds front-row healing to Ray, Layla and Candy’s healing.

Front-row attack: 3 Stalwarts + 2 Rovers

Front row
Lava · Tarzan
Back row
Ray · Becca · Chiron
Pet reference
Ironhead

Ironhead boosts Lava and Tarzan in front. Have Chiron attack the enemy whose defense was reduced.

Back-row damage: 5 Aeronauts

Front row
Tony · Mike
Back row
Alita · Kiki · Wright
Pet reference
Starhorn

Front-row defense and back-row attack can buy Alita, Kiki and Wright more time to attack.

Critical hits: 5 Rovers

Front row
Jacob · Eva
Back row
Chiron · Becca · Candy
Pet reference
Chompy

Chompy adds critical stat and targets the weakest enemy to support Becca and Chiron’s finishing role.

Mixed: 3 Aeronauts + 2 Mariners

Front row
Shark · Tony
Back row
Undine · Alita · Kiki
Pet reference
Starhorn

Shark reinforces the front; Undine supports the back. Starhorn adds front-row defense and back-row attack.

Starting with rare and epic heroes

Front row
Rusty · Chef
Back row
Lucky · Sarge · Ghost
Pet reference
Buckler

Rusty and Chef hold while the back row attacks. Check which hero is nearest to Buckler.

What should you check after a change?

Chiron must actually attack the enemy whose defense Ironhead reduced for that pairing to connect. Buckler protects the nearest ally, so check the distance between pet and hero. Moving a back-row attacker to the front also changes Starhorn’s effect on them.
