Delivery and access
An online service with no physical shipping or shipping fee. Access is supplied to the selected alliance immediately upon payment approval and lasts 30 days (720 hours) from approval. It does not renew automatically.
Sign in as an authorized alliance leader or officer and choose the recipient alliance. Review the purchase before paying. Members sign in to the same alliance space to use the included features.
Scope and current status
This policy covers 30-day passes for dedicated online alliance (guild) spaces on Tilesmania. Each pass is purchased with a one-time payment. Paid passes are being prepared; we are not accepting payments. The free reference pages and community access do not incur charges.
When paid passes launch, each 30-day pass costs KRW 19,900 / 39,000 / 69,000, including VAT. This is a digital service with no delivery; access starts immediately after payment. The order screen will identify the selected features, actual charge, and access start and end times.
30-day access and additional purchases
A pass provides access for 30 days (24 hours × 30) from payment. This is a fixed period, rather than a calendar month, and the pass does not renew automatically. Paid features covered by the pass end at expiry, with no further charge.
To extend access, purchase a new pass separately. If expiry reminders are offered, you may choose whether to receive them. Receiving a reminder does not constitute consent to buy another pass.
Ending access and the payer’s refund rights
To end access before expiry and receive a refund, request a remaining-period refund under the rules below. Without a refund request, access continues until the paid period ends.
Leaving an alliance or changing roles does not itself submit a refund request. The actual payer retains refund rights after leaving the alliance and may contact support to apply.
Full refund within 7 days without use; statutory withdrawal
Each charge is fully refundable within 7 days if the paid service has not been used. For a shared plan, use means actual paid-feature use by the receiving alliance. Visiting free pages or logging in alone is not paid-feature use. If use or supply is disputed, the business will provide supporting evidence.
The statutory withdrawal period is 7 days from receipt of the written contract details, or 7 days from receipt or commencement of supply if later. Separate statutory starting dates also apply for missing contract documents, omitted address details or interference with withdrawal.
We do not reject all refunds merely because the service is digital. A restriction based on commencement of supply requires the legally required clear disclosure and digital-content trial measures. It does not automatically cover divisible portions whose supply has not started. This policy does not reduce statutory withdrawal rights.
Prorated refund after use begins
You may request a refund for remaining access even after use begins or 7 days have passed. The refund is the actual amount paid for that 30-day period × remaining days ÷ 30. We do not recalculate at an undiscounted price or deduct a penalty or cancellation fee.
Remaining days are calculated from the refund request to the end of that paid access period; a partial remaining day is rounded up to 1 day in your favor. Fractions of a won are also rounded up, capped at the amount paid for the period. Operator processing delays do not count as additional use.
Example: after paying KRW 19,900 and using exactly 10 days, the refund for 20 remaining days is KRW 13,267. A remaining-period refund ends the paid access for that period; it does not arbitrarily cancel rights for other separately purchased periods or products.
Outages and failure to provide the agreed service
For time when an outage prevents use, you may choose an extension or a refund for the affected period. We do not compensate twice for the same loss, but this does not restrict additional damages or contract termination rights under applicable law or dispute-resolution standards.
If supply differs from the advertising or contract, we preserve statutory withdrawal rights within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of discovering, or being able to discover, the discrepancy. If the business is responsible for preventing the contract purpose from being achieved, applicable refund and damages rules apply.
Requests, refund method and processing time
Request a refund by email at 206gov@gmail.com or Telegram @Wjs8528, or call +82 10-8835-4710. Email and Telegram are preferred. Support hours are daily 12:00–20:00 Korean Standard Time (KST). Email and Telegram requests can be sent outside those hours and will be checked during the next support hours.
Provide your payment account and order reference, and describe your refund request. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or verification codes. We request only the minimum information needed to verify the actual payer. You may contact support even if you cannot access your account.
We use the refund request time; written statutory withdrawal takes effect on the dispatch date as provided by law. Support hours or additional verification do not postpone statutory exercise dates or refund deadlines.
We refund statutory withdrawals within 3 business days of withdrawal; other refunds under this policy are also processed within 3 business days of the request. Refunds use the original payment method, and we promptly request that the payment provider stop or cancel the charge. Actual posting times may vary by payment institution; we notify you of the result. If the original payment method cannot receive a refund, we agree an alternative with you. Statutory late-refund compensation applies.
Statutory rights and disputes
Applicable law prevails wherever it is more favorable to the consumer. Mandatory rights, including a minor’s statutory right to rescind, are not restricted by this policy. People under 19 may not purchase paid passes. Personal-data processing and retention periods are explained on the privacy page.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the 1372 Consumer Counseling Center, the Content Dispute Resolution Committee or another applicable dispute-resolution process. This wording does not mean the Korea Fair Trade Commission has individually reviewed or approved these terms.
