How much HP does a faction group add?
The HP bonus depends on how many heroes share a faction. For a lineup without Mariners, use these group sizes.
| Same-faction group | HP bonus | Extra counter bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | 2% | None |
| 2+2 | 4% | None |
| 3 | 8% | None |
| 3+2 | 12% | 5% |
| 4+1 | 18% | 5% |
| 5 | 25% | 5% |
Does 4+1 have a hidden 15% HP bonus?
Four heroes of one faction plus one of another give an 18% same-faction HP bonus. Do not add a separate 15%. HP and the extra counter bonus are separate effects.
The 3+2, four-of-one and five-of-one groups display a 5% extra counter bonus. Keep that separate from the base 20% counter damage. Adding HP, attack and counter percentages together does not give total damage.
Why is three Aeronauts plus two Mariners different?
The two Mariners join Aeronauts for the HP group, making five. Their −4% HP adjustment leaves a displayed 21%. For the extra counter group, the Mariners are excluded, leaving three.
| Lineup | HP bonus | Mariner attack | Extra counter bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 Aeronauts | 25% | None | 5% |
| 3 Aeronauts + 2 Stalwarts | 12% | None | 5% |
| 3 Aeronauts + 2 Mariners | 21% | 4% | None |
What should you check in faction upgrades?
Completing a hero star rank gives points for that faction. Stalwart, Rover and Aeronaut use separate pools. Mariners have no separate upgrade branch. Raise prerequisite nodes to their required levels first.
X-SSR heroes (Lava, Furiosa and Alita) do not contribute Star Points to Faction Enhancement. The game calls them Season Heroes in these rules.
