Rusty
Rusty grew up under the weight of his father's football dreams, with a stray dog named Pad as his only true friend.
One day after school, his father ran over the dog, casually remarking, "I didn't see him while backing up." Rusty didn't say a word. He just grabbed his gear and left for good. While struggling on the field, Rusty fell for a gambling setup. Banned from the sport, he was forced into a gang, living a life of constant violence. After the Outbreak, Rusty's boss was eliminated in a power struggle. Tired of the criminal life, Rusty took his football and left that life behind.
